Administration and General Department


The Administration and General Department handles all correspondences (Internal & External; incoming and outgoing) on the

  • General administration of the ministry
  • Board Affairs
  • Full Membership Affairs
  • Staff Maters and Processing and storage/filing of documents such:

as resolutions/minutes of all meetings


Mobilization Department


The Chief Whip of the board.


Gives advanced notice to and keep every coordinator reminded of assignments/duties


Finance and Budgeting


The Finance and Budgeting Department is concerned with:

  • Proper financial documentation
  • Preparation and presentation of un-audited account: at each BOM meetings
  • Annual budget: at the Annual BOT meeting.

SALT Conference Department


SALT Conference Department is divided into three sub-department:

  • Accommodation: Scouts for suitable accommodation, books, pays, receives and checks in guests
  • Logistics: Registration, processing, office watch, transportation, workforce and finance
  • Hospitality: Catering services

Publication Department


The Publication Development is concerned with:

  • Publication.
  • Production.
  • Circulation of all ministry’s publications.

Prayer Department


The Prayer Department is concerned with:

  • Preparation and production: monthly prayer bulletin
  • Calls for Prayer.
  • Worship.
  • Thanksgiving and Testimony Convocation.
  • Runs the monthly WIN: at the headquarters
  • Supervising the zones.

Research, Training and Documentation Department


The Research Training and Documentation Department is concerned with:

  • Collection and data processing
  • Preparation of Annual stewardship Report
  • News Letter/Bulletin.
  • Initiating
  • Planning and executing: all training programs for Staff
  • Board Members
  • Non-Members
  • Pre-Marriage Counseling Beneficiaries’ Reunion
  • Discipleship
  • Preparation of monthly itinerary

Family Ties Department


The Family Ties Department is in charge of

  • Annual Children Party in all the Zones
  • Annual Youth/Adult Luncheon
  • Marriage
  • Family Enrichment Outreaches.

Library Department


Library Department ensures the smooth running of the Library:

  • Process books and other materials
  • Mobilize for more readers/ consultation
  • Donors/supporters.

It is also concerned with Bi-annual auditing/Stock taking of the Library


Mission Field Department


The Mission Field Department is concerned with:

  • Mobilization: for a Holistic approach to the Gospel (i.e meeting needs- spirit, soul and body).
  • Outreaches: It is also concerned with organizing outreaches especially in the rural areas
  • Monthly follow-up: visit to the mission fields
  • Development
  • Production
  • Circulation of follow-up materials.

Property Development and Maintenance Department


The Property Development and Maintenance Department is concerned with:

  • Initiating and executing building projects based on the ministry’s needs
  • Investments
  • Scouts/prospects for land and real estate.

Inventory Department


The Inventory Department is concerned with:

  • Procurement
  • Securing movable property for the Ministry.

Investment Department


The Investment Department sources for:

  • Investment: opportunities that are Biblical
  • Manages: manages the existing investments profitably.

Welfare Department


The Welfare Department ensures all aspects of the:

  • Well being of the ministry’s members
  • Supporters
  • Staff
  • Beneficiaries

are attended to in accordance with the ministry’s policy.



Office Management Department


The Office Management Department cross checks the office accounts to ensure:

  • The Office Management Department: cross checks the office accounts to ensure proper receipts and cash reconciliations are up to date
  • Purchases/replenishes office utilities
  • Ensures the office looks corporate internally and externally.
